Appointments are required. Please call as early as possible to secure your appointment date and time.

We ask that no more than 4 people accompany the bride and no one under the age of 12. Gentlemen are welcome in all areas of the store except for dressing rooms or dressing room areas. This is to protect brides and gentlemen from being embarrassed while dresses are being tried on. 

Due to the vast diversity of our customers with different cultures and religious affiliations, we do not allow alcohol. Also, since all of our customers travel a long distance, we guard against drinking and driving.

We DO NOT allow any babies or small children under the age of 12.

Low’s has sales twice a year. The sales are around Christmas and again in the Summer. Each sale offers thousands of gowns in sizes 0-34. These gowns are sold off-the-rack and cannot be ordered. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit cards & cash. 

Schedule your appointment online or call Low’s at (870)734-3244. Tuesday through Friday appointments start at 10:00am. Saturday appointments start at 9:00am.

If you prefer a more relaxed experience, we recommend making an appointment on a Wednesday or Thursday (the only exception is during our Semi- Annual Sales).  Saturdays are always busier than a weekday.

Saturdays and sale days appointments are for an hour and a half and start at 9:00 am. Tuesday through Friday appointments start at 10:00 am and are for approximately two hours.


A $20.00 appointment fee is required when scheduling the appointment. 

  • All appointment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If you must cancel your appointment, please call us 7 days before your appointment.
  • If you do not call to cancel your appointment, your credit card will be charged a $20.00 no-show fee. 
  • For appointments that are rescheduled, the appointment fee is transferred, you will only pay the appointment fee once.

We offer both purchases out of stock and special orders. Low's carries thousands of gowns, sizes 0-34, in stock. If a bride selects an in-stock gown, she may take it home the day she purchases it.

Bridal gowns are cut differently than normal clothing. Most brides order or buy a gown 1 to 2 sizes larger than they usually wear.

When you order a gown, Low’s staff will take your measurements over just your bra and underwear. This insures snug body measurements. (Measurements should never be taken over clothing.)

We will compare your measurements to the designer’s size chart. Each designer/line has its own size chart. Low’s will make a size recommendation, but the bride is allowed to order any size she chooses. If your measurements fall between sizes it is best to order the larger size as gowns can be taken up but may not have extra fabric to be let out.

 Alterations are not included in the purchase price of a gown.

All sales are final. This final sales policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

While gratuity certainly isn't expected, it is welcome if you received exemplary service. If you would like more on tipping, please ask our office staff or front desk staff.

The average arrival is 5 ½ - 6 months. Low’s places each order the same day as your purchase is made, even if your wedding date is a year or more away. This gives our brides the quickest ship date possible. Special ordering your gown with changes may take a little longer, and payment in full is required for special hems and custom changes. Rush shipping is available from most designers, but must be requested when order is placed.

Low's Bridal will notify you when your items have been received.  We will then schedule you an appointment to pick up your dress, or you can pay shipping and have it shipped to you.


We are happy to offer you a list of reputable & unaffiliated referrals across the U.S. for you to take your gown to to be altered when you purchase your wedding gown. This reduces your travel time and costs, as most of our customers live quite a distance from our store. 

Alterations cost are NOT included in the purchase of your gown. 

Absolutely! Low's proudly offers the kit services of The Wedding Gown Preservation Co. You simply purchase a compact kit from us (at a special savings for Low's Bride's) and take it home. You package your gown & accessories and the shipping label is included. From there, simply wait about 10 weeks and your gown comes back cleaned & preserved in a window box to be kept safely. Simply contact us to reserve your kit today!

Low’s has a total of 25 dressing rooms: 13 downstairs, 6 upstairs and 6 in the plus size department.

We offer a full line of bridal and accessories, including: veils, headpieces, jewelry, slips & more. 

You may order your veil and headpiece after your gown arrives, but be aware that veils and headpieces take one and a half months or longer to arrive after ordering while sashes & belts can take as long as a wedding gown to arrive.

We recommend a Bride ordering everything at the same time. 

We carry approximately 2,500 dresses in store.
